Troop Code of Conduct
The code of conduct below was written based on input from the whole Troop. It sets out how we expect all Scouts to behave to ensure that everyone enjoys their time in the Troop

Uniform:
Wear full smart uniform to meetings:
    Scarves ironed and neatly rolled
A proper woggle (can be home made, but not a rubber band)
    Shirts tucked in
Scout Trousers or other smart navy/black cargo trousers or similar (not jeans)
    School shoes or boots
You can bring other clothes/footwear to change into after inspection

Food:
Please do not bring food to meetings (unless asked to)
Definitely no chewing gum at meetings or on camp.

Phones:
If you bring a phone, please have it on silent and don't use it during the meetings (i.e. from start of flag break to end of flag down). If you do get a call and need to answer it please go out into the foyer. In the unlikely event that you need to make a call, please ask a leader first.

Behaviour:
Please behave as a Scout should:
    Be polite
    Listen when someone is speaking
    Don't interrupt
    Act quickly when asked
Be kind to other members of the Troop
    Do not tease or bully
Keep physical contact safe - play-fighting and games are okay, but make sure everyone is happy with what is happening, and respect people's right to opt out.
    Respect other people's property
Look after the Scout Hut and its contents
