Day Hike
We had a day hike in the chilterns to celebrate the start of the Easter Holidays. We met by Shardeloes Cricket
grounds and hiked to Holmer Green via Mop End and back down to Little Missenden and our start point.

Conservation work at Holy Trinity Prestwood
This was another chance to help with grounds maintenance at the church. The Scouts worked hard on a hot and
sunny day to clear quite a lot of debris from fallen trees, reinstating a path and clearing the area around a
number of gravestones.

District Night Hike
We entered two teams in the new format District Night Hike. Both teams had fun hiking around the course and
then camping at the end.

Caving Weekend
A small party of us joined 1st Amersham Common Scouts on their weekend trip to the Peak District. We went for a
short hike on the Saturday morning, caving in the afternoon and then climbing on the Sunday.

Emergency Aid Stage 3
Twelve Scouts attended this all day course to enable them to do everything they needed to do to gain their EA3
badge.

February Activity Camp
At the end of the Half Term holiday we held a one night Activity Camp at Phaselswood Camp Site. The weather was
very wet on Saturday afternoon and very cold on Saturday night, but the Scouts all coped well and took part in
lots of activities...
