28th May 2007 Centenary Camp survivors thanked

It must be something to do with the weekend - after the total washout that was Millennium Camp in 2000, we hoped that Centenary Camp would be nicer, but on Saturday evening the rain set in and then on Sunday the winds started. Everyone had fun though and worked hard in the difficult conditions.

Special thanks go to all those that helped by looking after the Cubs, evacuating the site, returning to collect kit on Monday and to strike tents on Tuesday, clearing litter at the site and tidying at the Scout Hut - Well Done!
